Sometimes the loudest moments happen when we’re completely silent.
Have you ever been so overwhelmed by your own thoughts that you just sit there, unable to move, unable to explain what’s happening inside your head?
The overthinking. The self-doubt. The endless what ifs. Wondering if you’ve done something wrong, if you’re enough, or why your mind just won’t stop.
To everyone else, you might look perfectly fine. But inside, it feels like a hundred conversations are happening at once.
That’s what inspired Frozen Thoughts.
Featuring a powerful illustration of someone sitting still while surrounded by anxious thoughts, this unisex long sleeve represents the moments when your mind is racing but your body feels frozen.
I wanted to create something that shows what anxiety can actually feel like, even when nobody else can see it.
Because sometimes we’re not ignoring the world around us. We’re just trying to get through what’s happening inside us.
